So one day, Phoenix, the Flaming Turkey of Doom decided to make a Link Exchange Site when she thought to herself: “Hmmm... I will have to read my emails frequently... And do a lot of manual labor... As if school, lack of sleep and my graphics site isn't enough to keep me busy... SCREW THIS.”

And thus, The OneSix || Four was remodeled from a Link Exchange site (in the making) into simply a PLUGBOARD site where people can advertise their own site without Phoenix having to lift a finger! The number 16 is Phoenix’s favorite number because she was born on the 16th of September and the number 4 is her favorite single digit number because Quatre Raberba Winner of Gundam Wing was pilot 04 and she loves him so very much. (pause) Phoenix is narrating in third person.
