Wannabe shinobi kid finds out he IS in fact a shinobi sent through time with the ability to control a Flame- Which in fact happens to be 8 Fire Dragons. Now for the usual Yu Yu Hakasho-like tournaments… *yawn. So basically every element known to man and then some, turned into relics which kick butt.
