Oldies but goodies? I seriously did enjoy this anime. I was what.. In my last years of junior high through freshman year of high school… All those samurai outfits with different colors and elemental abilities.. Pretty cool. Of course the bad guys get the crappier outfits and sub-elements like “Illusion” and “Poison”. What the hell is that about?
The story tells of an evil emperor named Talpa who had failed to conquer Earth- thus was banished to the Nether Realm. His armor was divided into nine separate suits. Upon his return, he reclaimed four of the suits, who are now worn by four henchman. Only the five remaining suits worn by their heroes can stop them from taking over the Earth.
