Back From The East

Well I’m back. Tokyo and Taiwan were fun. If you follow me on Facebook (and you should), then you’d have followed my adventure via the photos I uploaded. Be sure to check them out through the album I posted on the page. I got to see Mt. Fuji, visit temples, shop in Shibuya, ride the subways and walk around Shinjuku during the beautiful blossoming of sakura trees.

Another season of Anime has arrived and I’ve yet to start/finish all the ones from last and last-last season so… It’s a good thing there aren’t any good ones this season for me to pick up… Sigh… Zetman or the new Eureka Seven, maybe? The manga has been slow thus far… Scratch that. The anime is awesome and took a slightly different direction from the manga. Watching this awesomeness.

I missed the latest Music Monday so below is a video for all of you to enjoy.

    • I was in doubt too, especially since I read the manga first and it wasn’t at the same pace as where the last one left off. Fortunately the anime is different from the manga in terms of pacing or even screenplay and does a fine job in bringing back that nostalgic sense of E7. ^__^

  3. Oooh Tokyo <3 I was only there for a weekend, but it easily became my most favorite place on Earth. I promise to return someday!

    Anyway, welcome back to the West ^^;

  4. Hi Phoenix! I’m not sure if you remember me but, I’m your link exchange Dye from Beguiler. Beguiler has been down for about half a year and now it’s back up again! I’ve got my offline life sorted out as well as a new laptop has been obtained.

    I would like to thank you for keeping my link up the entire time I was away. Kudos!

    If you’re looking for something great to watch, try the new anime “Lupin the Third: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine”. After over a decade, they finally made a new Lupin series. I’m a big fan of the Lupin the Third franchise. I’m not sure if you’ll like the anime but, I just thought I’d suggest it.

    Sounds like you had a blast in Japan! Someday I will visit there too.
