1. Must be Anime related.

2. No hentai or porn... TASTEFUL nudity, yaoi and/or yuri accepted.

3. Must have a link to this site on every page of your site.

4. No stolen content. Originality, originality, originality!

5. Sites must either have its own domain, or sub domains. (i.e. No freewebs.com/whatever sites)

6. The site must be semi-complete and presentable. No sites with just 5 working pages of material. 20 MINIMUM.

7. No new sites- At least 6 months old.

8. No forum or blog sites. If it's Anime or Graphics related, PLEASE participate in the Link Exchanges. ^^

	Run by Rinoa and Rioku, Anime Requiem is one of the largest and most influential Anime Graphics Site for Neopets. Their site has a lot of other goodies as well!
	Kodoku is run by Hikari, whom I like to call a sweet little bird. Her designs are unique and pleasing to the eye.
	Towairaito is run by Dark and is another influential Anime Graphics site for Neopets. I don't think there's a single person in Neopets who hasn't seen one of Dark's awesome layouts.
	Despite its name, Naruto Dynamic has other anime series graphics as well! Jorge is an extremely sweet young man that had taken under my wing as a walling apprentice for a short time.
	Run by Andy, Bojan and Phil, they are collectively the LAZIEST webmasters EVER. But I love them and adore their works. Their works inspire mine constantly, and Andy is just the sweetest online friend ever. Not only has he written tutorials for me, constantly aided me in my own works, but he's also supplied me with a Tablet and Server! 0___o I love that guy.
	A convenient Anime Media site with Downloads, Video Streams, and Graphics available. Every once in a while, I leave Isaac a little comment concerning the latest Anime.
	Run by VioAdmin, Anime Capsule is a large multimedia site with Downloads, Forums, Graphics and great members. I was really amazed at how one guy can help start and manage such a site.
	Le Potato is run by Lily, the ever cool and wacky webmistress whom I love to leave random comments for. An extremely cute site with a professional feel.
	Acapriccio is now annacircles.com and is run by Anna. It started out as a graphic site, but became a personal blog early in our affiliation. The exception is that it still has graphics on it. It's fresh and full of icons. Be sure to visit for an educational lesson in Asian Pop Music today!
