- No part of this website is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13. Understanding that this site had originally been for Neopets Users with an average age of 10-15, any page to this site warning of content that MAY NOT be suitable for minors (mostly bad language and sensitivity to what Japanese society may be more tolerant of, unlike Western cultures, i.e. Godzilla and Same Gender Pairings), cannot be criticized if visited by a minor. While this site originally targeted Neopets Users, it has now changed for a much more mature audience since people tend to age and our youth becomes ever the more attentive to our society's popular use of foul language. Thus, foul language is prohibited on the tagboard/shoutbox.

- Any emails and/or usernames written or linked on the tagboard to this site will only be used for contacting or crediting purposes. Never will Phoenix ask for your passwords. Neopets userpages are public to Neopians only and MySpace pages are opted to be private. If you truly feel threatened by having your username or email on my site, CONTACT PHOENIX to discuss this.

- Any conversations held between visitors and Phoenix are kept private and will not be shown to the public, so long as you are not Blacklisted.

- If you violate a Term of Use and are Blacklisted, you automatically give up the right to hide your username from the visitors to this site or the rest of the world.

- Private information given when signing up on the forums will remain confidential unless Blacklisted.
