2. When in doubt, read the FAQs. People ask the same questions over and over again...

3. Remember, I don't do personal requests. Mass produced layouts only. (Unless you are willing to pay me. Contact me if this is the case and I will quote the price depending on the project.)

4. Requests must be made concise! For music requests, PLEASE give me the title name and/or musician/series/game/etc. I am supplying the music people. I don't ask for much...

5. Do no request the impossible... Requests for layouts containing characters you design out of your head and expect me to create out of Photoshop will be IGNORED.

6. You MUST name the series/game that you want me to design your layout from. You choose the theme- I choose the image to use. Also, be sure to name the series/game you want the character from because I haven't played/watched every single game/anime in the world yet. -_- Vague requests for a specific color but no specific anime will be ignored.

7. If you hate me or this site, don't take it out on this board. I will simply ban your IP address.

8. Whining or complaining about your request will just make me not want to complete it. If I do not complete your request, you can ask again, since I tend to skip sometimes. However if I don't do it, read the FAQ.

9. GIVE ME TIME DAMNIT!!! Unfortunately I am human so I have only two arms and two eyeballs. I can’t give everyone what they want at the same time or within a certain definite time frame. You can ask how I’m progressing, but bugging me constantly to finish faster will only make me hate you. I have college, a family, and sometimes a job to deal with. This stuff is made on my spare time. You’d rather I take my time over handing out random crap don’t you? Also, I, PHOENIX am the ONLY one doing the graphics… That’s right JUST ME. RWTK is just the server host who controls your source of graphics at his slightest whim.

10. Posts requesting house calls are generally ignored. I don't like using my email. (If you are requesting a MySpace Layout, read the Instructions on the MySpace Layout page.)

11. This is kind of obvious but ANIME REQUESTS ONLY!

12. Don't tell me, "Your Site Needs More so and so..." This is a site based on REQUESTS. Ask NICELY. Obviously if it has not been requested, chances are I didn't make it. And I do this for free so I'm allowed to NOT do certain themes. For example YGO, Pokemon, and basically any card game anime. Sorry but look elsewhere... I'm not doing any themes that I'm not familiar with/feel indifferent about/dislike the art of/etc.

13. DO NOT ASK FOR LAYOUT CODE TUTORIALS! I give them out as I please.

14. Flamming, trolling, and impersonating other people on the Shoutbox can result in IP banning.
