The brushwork in the background are from the sets found on this site. The title derived from the fact that there is paper texture on the wallpaper itself, and that I had cut my finger with a can days before... This by the way, is Akito/Agito and he is a GUY. ^^
Title: Rebirth & Annihilation Series: Gundam Seed Destiny 1600x1200 | 1280x1024 | 1280x800 | 1440x900	This derived from The Forgotten Lair (this site) version 10's header image design. I then took a step back and went, "Hey, that'd make a really cool-looking wallpaper" and remade the entire scene from scratch in a larger resolution, adding some different effects to it while I was at it. I must say I rather love the color scheme and the contrast in colors.

The only thing that made this wallpaper take a few hours was the fact that the scan's original quality was horrendous. It’s bad enough I wall 1600x1200 in my 1024x768 resolution screen… I don’t know anything about this game other than what I read from Googled sites and the Game Guide I browsed through in a gaming store one day. Title: I Know The Pieces Fit... Game: Magna Carta 1600x1200	EVI won this challenge in The Battleground and I got to do this freaky wallpaper based on TOOL's "Schism" song. Creepy that eyeball tastes yummy. ^^ The amount of work I did on THIS TINY IMAGE took 2 nights with 5 hours of sleep in between. My failed attempts to paint then smudge is covered by the awesome texturing.
Title: Cum Tacent Clamant Game: Magna Carta 1600x1200	Well I lost the Battleground 1vs1 match with this, but I still think it's one of my best thus far. It took over 100+ layers to make, glitched my computer 3x to load, save, and viewing it at full size in my 1024x768 resolution.
Title: Dark Saber Series: Fate/Stay Night 1600x1200 | 1280x1024	This image is probably based off the game. Dark Saber never appeared in the anime. Started out a guild layout, but then decided to make it into a wallpaper at the request of some guild members, since I had already put so much work into it. (The orignal image had another character latched to her arm, so after removing the other character, I had to reCG a part of Saber's arm.) This wall is actually much simpler than any of my other walls, using less layers than anything I've ever worked with in a while. I'm almost shocked. Not exactly the best I can do, but I'm saving my best for the upcoming few walls you will see that were submitted into THE BATTLEGROUND. ^^
Title: Authentic Bootleg Movie: Final Fantasy VII Advent Children 1600x1200	This was originally a layout I made for a guild I run, and then I decided to make it a full fledged wallpaper. Someone in my guild had suggested I make a fire-based layout and so after the release of the FF7AC DVD, I created something similar to this in its celebration. I guess you could say I had a little Mission Impossible influence in making it. I was trying to make it look like an authentic bootleg movie poster/DVD cover. Missing the rated PG-13 thing… XD

They may just be fillers, but these episodes of Bleach have been quite entertaining and drool worthy… For this wall, it’s nothing special- just tried to duplicate the original screenshot of the opening theme and realized I couldn’t vector the face so I got frustrated and drew Kon lying on top of it. Title: The Mobile Student Series: Azumanga Daioh 1600x1200 | 1024x768	Well in order to get this wall/joke you have to be a Gundam fan, or at least be familiar with the RX-78 GP03 Gundam "Dendrobium Orchis" of Mobile Suit Gundam 0083. My brother found this image browsing the net a few months ago, and I recently acquired it from him. I thought it was hysterical, even though I am not an Azumanga fan. (You can thank my brothers for that- Playing the same episode 4 times a day and then quoting from it… *twitch*) Anyway, you can compare the uncanny resemblance between the GP03 and Osaka HERE.

Hence the title. The words “Vulnerant Omnes. Ultima Necat” was an old saying on Roman clocks/sundials, which I think is ironic and extremely funny since most of us do not look at our watches to remind ourselves that we will all eventually become plant fertilizer. Title: Arbitrary Frame Series: Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam 1600x1200 | 1024x768 | 1280x1024	I took two pretty low quality scans of the Gundams, smudged then under the request of my brother, followed the guildelines of recreating the Einhander (Playstation) atmosphere scene with my own twist... Using two stock images of clouds and blending them into one another in different gradients and blending styles, then distorting and smudging them, you get the weird atmosphere/sky/water battle before you. Then I tried to recreate the Gundam Seed Destiny styled exploding balls and voila...
Title: Melancholic Frame Series: Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam 1600x1200 | 1024x768	The original scan was in crap quality so I decided to make this wall out of smudging with the use of minimum to no filters, brushes, textures, etc... Had to remove a lot of text from the original scan as well and redo shadows on the arms so it was hectic. Featuring the hottest picture of Char/Quattro EVER and the shadow of the Hyaku Shiki.
